Softball 2026

Chatham Little League offers 3 levels of softball play for girls ages 6-12. Softball age for the 2026 season is the player's age as of 12/31/25.

The 3 divisions available, based upon both age and ability:

Coach Pitch for girls 5-8: (In house play at Chatham LL Complex - Weekdays and Saturdays)

Minors Player Pitch for girls 9-10: (Minors play other leagues in Columbia and Greene Counties, with half the games at Chatham LL Complex - Weekdays and Saturdays)

Majors Player Pitch for girls 11-12: (Majors play other leagues in Columbia and Greene Counties, with half the games at Chatham LL Complex - Weekdays and Saturdays)

Evaluations for all players age 8 and up will be held in March. This helps the league and our coaches determine any recommendations for younger players to "play up" (e.g., 8 year olds in Minors Player Pitch or 10 year olds in Majors Player Pitch).

The Tee Ball division of Little League Baseball is offered to our 4 and 5 year old players and is co-ed.

Little League’s adaptive baseball program for individuals with physical and intellectual challenges.
